In addition to his work with Pristine, Randy has lectured for over 500 hours across the nation. His presentations focus on strategies for securing payments from insurance carriers and protecting those payments from potential audits and clawbacks.

Debbie has been working in sleep medicine for the past 15 years. Debbie has worked in the medical field for over 40 years, serving as a claims examiner for Blue Cross and TPAs, as well as managing several medical practices. Debbie finds sleep medicine to be her most fulfilling role, aiding dental practices in supporting their patients while alleviating the concerns of both the practice and its staff regarding insurance-related challenges.

Staci brings over 25 years of experience in the medical field, dedicating the past 10 years to dental sleep medicine. She takes pleasure in assisting practices to thrive while addressing the complexities of medical billing. Working alongside some of the industry's top professionals has enhanced her knowledge and intensified her dedication to patient care. Her focus lies in making a significant impact and improving people's well-being.

Melissa, who has a background as a respiratory therapist in acute patient care, shifted to the dental sleep sector 12 years ago with a mission to enhance patients' quality of life. Aware that many individuals with sleep apnea go undiagnosed and untreated for extended periods, she is committed to increasing awareness among practitioners and patients alike. Besides her focus on sleep apnea, Melissa is also well-versed in billing services for TMD and Oral Surgery.

With nearly 11 years of experience in dental sleep medicine (DSM) billing, Kyle began his career during college as part of the team that launched Pristine, quickly advancing through every level of operations—from verifying benefits and managing claims to overseeing practices and leading support teams. He has onboarded over 600 practices and is helping doctors optimize and grow their sleep programs. Kyle oversees our operations to ensure we deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards.

Joey has dedicated more than 11 years to dental sleep medicine. His background in diagnostic sleep testing gives him a deep understanding of patient workflows and the business elements of both sleep medicine and dental sleep medicine. He is always eager to share his knowledge of medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and best practices with others.

With over 10 years of experience in both a busy dental sleep medicine practice and a leading billing service, Monica has shared her knowledge and expertise with hundreds of dental practices. She specializes in training dental offices on case presentation and providing an in-depth understanding of each patient's medical insurance coverage. During her time in the dental sleep medicine practice, she discovered her passion for oral appliance therapy. Contributing to the improvement of patients' lives and potentially saving their lives became her "why."

Joseph has spent the last 11 years learning each area of the medical billing cycle, which has provided him with a strong foundational knowledge of the industry. Joseph helps providers secure in-network contracts with commercial payers. His firsthand experience billing for both in and out-of-network providers taught him the importance of holding in-network contracts, and he strives to provide that benefit for dentists throughout the country.

Zachary has 8 years of experience as a pre-authorization specialist. He oversees authorizations and single-case agreements for out-of-network providers to enhance reimbursement. Having been part of Pristine since its inception, Zach takes immense pride in each pre-authorization approval.

Rhiannon has over 10 years of experience in the medical field, including 7 years with Pristine Medical Billing, where she specializes in optimizing billing processes and navigating complex health insurance requirements. Handling everything from billing medical insurance to treating patients directly has provided her with experience on both sides of this life-changing treatment. Rochelle is now using her experience to help other dental practices in the field of dental sleep medicine by ensuring they are reimbursed for the services rendered.

Nicole brings 23 years of experience in medical billing, having dedicated the last 8 years to sleep physician billing. She processes thousands of patients each month to qualify them for sleep studies and telemedicine visits. Serena has dedicated the last 10 years of her career to working directly with patients in one of the most successful dental sleep medicine practices in Southern California. She has now transitioned to a role with Pristine, where she assists dental practices in venturing into the world of dental sleep medicine by utilizing her hands-on experience and knowledge. She continues to uphold Dr. Todd Morgan’s passion for helping patients achieve a better night's sleep and restore their health.

Amanda has over 6 years of experience in dental sleep medicine. As an account manager, she specializes in directly assisting our providers in achieving success. Her military background has taught her the discipline needed to work with insurance carriers and their strict medical policies, ensuring not only medical coverage but also that the practice is prepared for medical necessity documentation requests.
