Randy Curran - CEO/ Founder

Randy Curran is our dedicated and reliable leader, with over 11 years of experience billing in the sleep medicine space.  His drive and rigor to help save lives has allowed him to improve sleep medicine protocols and experiences in hundreds of practices across the United States.

Randy loves helping practices and the patients they serve together.   He and his team embed their services as an extension of your practice.  No one provides the attention, education and care like the Pristine Medical Billing team!  With their patient-focused mentality, Randy and his team strive to best meet the needs of the patient first – leading to more cases closed and patients treated.  Randy and the Pristine Medical Billing team are committed to fighting to decrease the 30 million people in the United States that suffer with sleep apnea, while nearly 85% of them go undiagnosed and lead to more horrific comorbidities.

To optimize service in your practice, Randy and Pristine Medical Billing hold the key to providing the most up to date and accurate verifications of benefits with estimated out of pocket responsibility for your patients.  This is the #1 obstacle that stumps treatment and financial coordinators when trying to close patients!  What a great, added value to bring into your practice – confidence and accuracy, when consulting with the patients that you care for.

Beyond his accomplishments and credibility in the sleep medicine world, Randy is a loving husband and father to a wonderful family.  Some of his family even shares in his passion for healthcare.  His wife Pam is an ER respiratory therapist and one of his son’s is following in his footsteps.  Together, they are committed to improving and saving lives.  That motivation they carry into their day-to-day lives, provides the “why” in their purpose to serve.  Furthermore, Randy loves camping with his family, spear fishing, coaching baseball and basketball…and even gets on the field to pitch an 80 mile an hour fast ball against kids ½ his age!
